The Triple R Story

In 2005, Matt Ruedlinger set out to create a marketing firm that was different. It’s no secret that communicating with most marketing agencies is like shouting into the void. Triple R Marketing was born out of a desire to blend creativity with an unparalleled customer experience, setting a new standard in the marketing industry. Matt Ruedlinger, CEO and Founder
Matt carries entrepreneurship in his blood, continuing his family’s legacy of business ownership since 2005. A sought-after speaker and podcast guest, Matt’s passion for transformative customer experiences has made him a respected figure in the marketing community. With over 25 years in sales and marketing, Matt has dedicated his career to helping companies distinguish themselves through innovative strategies and personalized services.

Under his leadership, Triple R Marketing has become synonymous with exceptional customer service. Matt’s approach as a leader is characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence in design and fulfillment, inspiring his team to constantly seek new ways to exceed client expectations. A proud veteran and family man, Matt enjoys spending his free time traveling with his wife and playing with their two frenchies.

Jodi Drescher, Vice President
Jodi brings to her role a blend of reliability, compassion, and a positive outlook—qualities that enhance her team’s performance and customer satisfaction. Driven by values such as courage, accountability, and loyalty, Jodi is dedicated to never settling for less and inspiring others to pursue their goals with confidence. Outside of work, Jodi enjoys traveling, outdoor activities like camping and kayaking, and making memories with her family.

Michelle Harber, Creative Design Manager
Michelle joined Triple R Marketing in 2019 and brings 18 years of design experience to the team. With a B.A. in Graphic Design and Computer Arts, she leads art request management, graphic design for print and web, quality checks, and ensures brand consistency across projects. Michelle’s work ranges from corporate branding to event displays. When she’s away from her desk, she enjoys family time and exploring nature, which she considers to be her ultimate inspiration.

Mandy Kay, Office Manager
Mandy worked with Matt in 2016 when the business was in a tiny office located in Bloomington Indiana. It’s a funny story that she will be happy to share if you ask. After a short hiatus from relocating out of state, she reunited with the team in 2020 as Office Manager. Mandy manages accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth vendor relations and client access to top products. If there’s one thing to know about Mandy, it’s that she’s reliable—she believes in the power of rolling up your sleeves and showing up for our clients every single day. When she’s off the clock, Mandy enjoys the gym, sourdough baking, gardening, and spending time with her dogs.

Tracy Kaylor, Purchasing Manager
Tracy oversees direct purchasing activities, offers client support, and manages vendor relationships. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. from Arizona State University. At the heart of her role, Tracy ensures our clients feel valued and believes in the power of teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Outside the office, she enjoys yard work, biking, and family time.
