Third-Party Logo Usage

We aim to ensure that the use of third-party logos is compliant with intellectual property rights and that clear permission is obtained for each instance of usage.

Permission: Any employee or department intending to use a third-party logo for promotional or branding purposes must obtain explicit written permission from the owner of the logo or their authorized representative.

Usage: The use of a third-party logo is limited to the current order or project for which the permission was granted unless there is a specific agreement in writing that extends the usage. If the use of a third-party logo is intended to extend beyond the current order or project, a separate written agreement must be reached with the owner of the logo. This agreement should clearly outline the duration, scope, and any associated terms.
