Return / Refund Policy

Branded: Please note all custom branded products are non-returnable or exchangeable. If you receive a product you are unhappy with, we will make every effort to find a workable solution. If the product is unacceptable due to our error after order and artwork approval, or a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the product at no additional charge. You must provide Triple R Marketing with written notice of any warranty claims no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the applicable order of Goods. Failure to provide written notice within such 30-day period shall void Triple R Marketing’s warranties in their entirety.

To report a problem, send an email to orders@triplermarketing.com. To expedite your claim, include images of the products with issues and be as descriptive as possible, the more details the better.

Non-Branded: All returns must be within 30 days of purchase and authorized by Triple R Marketing in advance. Returns are subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges. Returns received without prior authorization will not be processed and will be shipped back and charged for the return freight. Discontinued or close-out items are not returnable.

Packages Presumed to be Lost: If an order is presumed to be lost by the carrier, customer must notify Triple R Marketing within 30 days from the invoiced date.
